The mission of this proposed organization is to do the things that current government agencies and the Democrat party should be doing for the health of the citizenry and the republic, but aren't. Its twin objectives are first: to educate the citizenry about the benefits of TD, and to eliminate all confusion and misunderstanding about such a political system. The second objective is to develop a political party dedicated to creating a functional, true democracy for the nation.

Basically, the organization should have three divisions: Administrative, Education, and Political.

The Administrative Division's prime function is to promote the desirability of True Democracy to schools of higher education plus the five other crucial social spheres: youth, female, progressive, non-profit, and the general public.

It is responsible for authorizing the creation and production of a TD textbook to be used in colleges and universities as well as all literature promoting True Democracy to the general public. Officers and board members are responsible for persuading college, university and, perhaps, highschool administrators to integrate a TD course within their political or government curricula.

TD enthusiasts understand the only chance for True Democracy to take root upon Earth is totally dependent upon, what seems to be, an insurmountable task of educating the public. But the task is not insurmountable, and it is the challenge met by the Education Division.

This division's core mission is to solicit students to become interns and volunteers of the organization. These students will be trained to perform one, or more, of four different functions.

• First: to become a working board member and/or officer of the organization so that it will always have the voice of youth to help guide it.

• Second: to become Advisory Committee Programmers and Moderators who will go where requested to assist in the initiation of TD political systems.
  

• Third: (for female interns) to go out into the world of females and spread the word that the only possible way to bring true equality, justice, and peace to Americans—and planet Earth—is for females to demand equal political authority with males in determining society's priorities, and that establishing a bottom-up political system is the only practical way to produce such a gender-equal society.
  

• Fourth: to spread the word of TD among the six social spheres.

It is the Education Division that is responsible for informing the American people of the many truths their political system hides from them, as well as the truths teachers and professors of the various Public Education Systems are not allowed to teach them.

The Political division is responsible for developing a viable plan for transforming the U.S. political system into a true democracy and a political party with the potential to take control of state and federal governments away from the groups that abuse the privilege.

The Communications & Publishing Department is responsible for keeping lines of communications open to all public spheres and for creating and publishing all the educational materials deemed necessary by the administrators. These include a textbook and a course of instruction titled "True Democracy As A Political Option". The contents would be based upon Professor Dienel's efforts and experiences testing Planning Cells in Germany, the Jefferson Centre's endeavors with Citizen Juries in the U.S., and would describe other TD experiments around the globe, such as British Columbia's attempt at a Citizens' Assembly, Spain's workingmans Mondragon Corporation's successes, and Brazil's Porto Alegro's experiment with participatory democracy. This department would also produce a course of instruction for the general population called "Take Control Of Your Political System: How To Make Citizen Advisory Committees Work. Fictional "America" is merely one American's vision; the skeleton of an idea upon which other citizens are expected to add the muscles and flesh.

For centuries, if not thousands of years, members of privileged classes have believed in the stupidity of the "common" masses. But the truth is commoners are merely ignorant of many truths, and if given the whole truth, there is no apparent reason for them not doing the right thing, and making the right decisions.

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, comprised of the world's leading scientists on global warming, has reported the threat of global warming very real, and most likely caused by humans. The report says the future of Earth people willl most likely consist of longer droughts, stronger storms, more intense heat waves, with sea levels continuously rising for, at least, the next one thousand years. The truth is now out in the open for the world to think about.

How will commoners of planet Earth respond to this immmediate threat, if given the opportunity to make relevant political decisions? Will they do the right thing and use their computerbrains to save the planet and future Earth life, or will they verify the claims of their stupidity by doing nothing, but merely wait for political and economic leaders to continue making their selfish, destructive decisions?
